STEP 1 — Build the Base

Place the four pressure-treated 4×4 beams on level ground or suitable supports. Secure the floor structure to the beams using galvanized structural fasteners.

STEP 2 — Build the Floor Framing

Assemble the floor frame using the 2×4 joists and blocking shown in the plans. Install the joists at the indicated spacing, keeping the frame level and properly aligned. Secure joist-to-beam connections with LUS24 joist hangers or equivalent, using only approved hanger nails or structural screws. Add the 2×4 solid blocking as indicated and fasten securely.

STEP 3 — Install the Bottom Plates

Install the bottom plates around the floor frame, including the interior partitions. Align and secure each piece according to the plans.
